TectronIQ, LLC grants itself a non-transferable license to install and use the Software solely for TectronIQ's own internal business operations. The Software is not distributed to, licensed to, or usable by any third party.
The Software is and remains the property of TectronIQ, LLC. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.
The Software accesses TectronIQ's own QuickBooks Online company data through Intuit's official developer interfaces, under TectronIQ's own credentials, for the purpose of reporting and financial analysis. No third-party data is collected through the Software, and no data accessed by the Software is sold, shared, or made available to third parties.
The Software may not be copied, distributed, sublicensed, reverse engineered, or used for any unlawful purpose.
In order to make a transaction online, you may need to provide payment data to the Company to enable the transaction. If you pay by credit card, you need to provide typical credit card information (name, address, credit card number, expiration date and security code) to the Company, which the Company will process and transmit to the payment service provider of your choice to enable the transaction and perform anti-fraud checks. Likewise, the Company will receive data from your payment service provider for the same reasons.
This license continues until terminated by TectronIQ, LLC, upon which use of the Software ends.
